Superb windows, quality fitters and excellent value for money. We received two quotes – one from launa and the other from DCW. We went with the cheaper quote (by a considerable amount). Launa had previously done some work for us but were a bit aloof when we had some minor niggles with the catflap and door mechanism. This time we opted for Devon County Windows for 3 reasons. 1) The cost 2) The reviews online and 3) I like the fact they’ve been trading for over 25 years and are a family owned business. We had a sales guy come and see us to choose our options. There was no pressure to purchase. This was followed up a few days later by a surveyor who came and took final measurement. The fitters came as a team of 4 at about 9am. By 1pm, all the windows were installed. The quality is brilliant and we are chuffed to bits with them. We would highly recommend Devon County Windows to all.

Windows and doors installed in 2018 on new extensions. Called the company this morning to ask for information on hinge adjustment to patio doors. Spoke to Steve who suggested he come and have a look (same day) After inspection and lower hinge replacement, due to faulty components (all done very quickly) and minor adjustments. All is now perfect once again. After sales service from Devon County Glass is second to none, very friendly and professional company. And they wore masks! Doesn’t get any better.

I’d been searching for replacement glass for nearly two weeks for two broken greenhouse panes. After calling many of the local glass companies – many of whom did not even answer the phone, and one who promised me a quote then never got back to me – I was at the end of my tether. A work colleague recommended Devon county windows as he had received good service and a good price to match. I called them on Friday morning, got an instant price and they said I could pick them up by 2 pm. I was greeted by friendly staff and the glass was ready on time. After my previous two weeks of “pain” (no pun intended) I was delightfully satisfied. Thank you DCW.
